Funded Unapproved Retirement Benefits Scheme |
| A Funded Unapproved Retirement Benefit Scheme, is a trust with trustees who make investment decisions for the benefit of the member(s). The scheme is funded (contributions are paid into it) but unapproved (it does not qualify for certain tax exemptions and advantages available to approved pension schemes). Despite the lack of approved status, a FURBS is still recognised by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as a retirement benefit scheme.Categories: Personal Finance |
