| Documents that provide temporary evidence of ownership of unregistered shares. These include a companys offer of shares to the public, a rights issue and a capitalisation or scrip issue. In each case instructions are given regarding action to be taken if the holder wants to have the shares registered in his/her name or to renounce them in favour of another person. |
